Lucy Garcia, conductora de el programa Felix y Pablo, nacio en Culiacan Sinaloa, Mexico. Se mudo a los EE.UU a los 14 anos y llamo casa a Los Angeles, California. Graduada de la preparatoria Chasse High School, fue alli donde comenzo su carrera en modelaje. Desde hace ano y medio conduce el programa "Estudio 2" y lleva un ano promoviendo las grandes ofertas que ofrecen Felix y Pablo a la comunidad Hispana en el metroplex. Cuando no esta viajando a Dallas para ayudar a Felix y Pablo, le gusta ir de compras, ir a la playa, jugar pool, y mantenerse en forma iyendo al gimnasio. Lucy es todo un exito con Felix y Pablo.
